About Bare Wellness
Bare Wellness is a boutique Pilates and yoga studio opening inside Bloom Arjaan on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, in Q3 2026. It is built on one idea, carried across two rooms, and taught by a small founding faculty who care as much about how a class feels as about what it does.
The name describes the intent. Strip away the noise that usually surrounds exercise and give what remains, movement, breath and careful teaching, room to matter. The tagline, where movement becomes ritual, is not a slogan so much as a description of how a class here is meant to feel.

— At a glance
The studio at a glance
Two rooms
The Open Studio hosts yoga, mat Pilates, barre and hot classes. The Reformer Studio holds ten reformers for small, technical sessions.
Saadiyat Island
The studio sits inside Bloom Arjaan, minutes from Mamsha Al Saadiyat and the Louvre Abu Dhabi and a short drive from central Abu Dhabi.
Founding faculty
A small team of instructors with recognized certifications, including STOTT, BASI, Polestar and RYT, teaches every class on the opening timetable.
Simple booking
Classes are booked on the website or the iOS app, with waitlists that can book you in automatically when a spot opens.
The idea behind the studio
Most gyms are built around urgency: louder music, bigger numbers, faster circuits. Bare Wellness is built around attention. Classes run at a measured tempo, instructors cue quietly and precisely, and the rooms are designed so nothing competes with the work itself.
Ritual is the word we keep coming back to, because it describes a practice that is repeated, unhurried and done with care. A class here should feel like a fixed point in the day: you arrive, you do the work slowly and well, and you leave steadier than you came.
Two rooms, two kinds of work
The Reformer Studio is the quieter, more technical of the two rooms. Ten reformers, a deliberate pace, and classes small enough that the instructor sees every rep. This is the home of reformer Pilates, taught through alignment, breath and spring resistance rather than speed.
The Open Studio is the flexible room. Vinyasa and hot yoga, mat Pilates, barre and hot Pilates all run here, along with guided meditation and breathwork sessions. Hot classes are heated with infrared, which warms the body directly rather than baking the air, so the room stays breathable while you work.
An island setting and a quiet welcome
The studio sits inside Bloom Arjaan on Saadiyat Island, a short drive from central Abu Dhabi over the Sheikh Khalifa Bridge and minutes from Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, NYU Abu Dhabi and the Saadiyat beaches. On-site and valet parking is available for members.
Hospitality at Bare Wellness is meant to be felt rather than announced. It shows up as a calm check-in, an instructor who already knows you flagged a shoulder, and a room that is ready when you walk in. Members can note injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions in their profile so teachers can support them discreetly.
A small founding faculty
Classes are taught by a small founding faculty rather than a rotating roster. Each instructor holds a recognized certification, STOTT, BASI or Polestar for Pilates, RYT for yoga, or an equivalent, and each was chosen as much for how they teach as for what they know.
In practice that means springs set for you before you notice, adjustments offered quietly mid-class, and cues precise enough to change a position without stopping the room. You can meet the faculty on the team page, and private sessions with an instructor are arranged on request.
Booking, the app and the fine print
Booking runs on the website and an iOS app that launches with the studio. The schedule, your credits and your bookings live in one place, and if a class is full you can join the waitlist and let it book you in automatically when a spot opens.
The rules that shape the experience are few and deliberately plain. They exist so classes start on time, spots do not sit empty and the rooms stay clean, which is most of what good studio hospitality comes down to in practice.
