Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the BARE WELLNESS booking platform and your attendance at the studio. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or package, or attending a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“We”, “us”, “our”, and “BARE WELLNESS” refer to BARE WELLNESS Yoga Club LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with its studio on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Magic-link authentication uses your email address as the credential.
• You must accept the current liability waiver before your first class booking.

BARE WELLNESS offers recurring memberships with a monthly class allowance, and a limited number of one-time prepaid founding memberships. Each product has its own price, class allowance, class-type inclusions, booking rules, freeze allowance, and commitment, as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Recurring billing: standard memberships renew automatically on the same calendar day each month until cancelled. Payments already made within a committed term are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: cancel your membership in your account area. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
• Freeze: you may freeze your membership, up to the number of days specified by your tier, from your account area or by writing to admin@barewellness.ae. The Founding Habit carries a two-month (60-day) freeze allowance across its term and the Founding Ritual 30 days; the regular 6-month and 3-month memberships carry the same.
• Rollover: unused classes carry forward as stated on your tier: one class a month on the Founding Essential, two on the Founding Rhythm, and up to three a month on the Founding Ritual and Founding Habit, whose 12 classes a month run over the 3- or 6-month commitment.
• Price changes: we may change prices for new sign-ups or renewals with reasonable notice. Price changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

Founding memberships. A founding place is paid in full at checkout and covers a fixed term of classes. Your term and class allowance start on the day the studio opens, not the day you pay. At the end of the term, your founding membership renews automatically for a further term of the same length at the same price, charged to the card saved at checkout, unless you switch auto-renew off in your account area before the renewal date. Your founding rate is kept for life: if you switch auto-renew off and renew later, the renewal is at the same price. Founding class packs (the Founding Essential and the Founding Rhythm) renew monthly at their founding price in the same way.

• Founders' Guarantee: Your term starts the day we open, not the day you pay. Nothing is deducted from your term before opening day.
• Cancellation and refunds: Founding Memberships are commitment-based memberships offered at an exclusive introductory rate and are paid in full at the time of purchase. As such, Founding Memberships are non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled once activated. Bare Wellness may consider requests for early termination in exceptional circumstances, including a medical condition that prevents continued participation or permanent relocation outside Abu Dhabi. Supporting documentation may be required. Where an early termination is approved, any refund will apply only to the unused portion of the membership. The period already used will be recalculated at the applicable standard membership rate rather than the discounted Founding Membership rate, and the remaining eligible balance will be refunded. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval and release your founding place.
• Renewals: each renewal is a separate charge for one further term at your founding rate, and we email you before the renewal date. A renewal that cannot be collected is retried; if it remains unpaid, the term lapses, nothing further is charged, and your founding rate is kept for a later renewal from your account area.
• Guest passes: founding guest passes come with founding memberships only, not with founding class packs. A guest pass admits a named guest who is not the member, one class per pass. Guest passes cannot be used to book classes for yourself and have no cash value.

• Class packages contain a fixed number of credits and expire after the validity window shown at the time of purchase. Expired credits are not refundable and do not roll over, except for the rollover stated on your founding pack, which moves into the next month at renewal.
• Intro offers are limited to one per customer and only available to first-time members.
• Taster Intro: the Taster Intro (three classes, formerly the Welcome Pass) can be purchased once per person, ever, and is valid for 14 days from purchase. If you buy a membership within 7 days of your last Taster class, the full Taster price is applied as credit against that purchase; the credit appears on your invoice at checkout. If a full class prevents you from booking during the validity window, the window is extended.
• Drop-ins: a single-class Drop-in may be bought online as a one-credit package (valid for the window shown at purchase, non-refundable, subject to the package terms above). Where the studio permits pay-at-studio drop-in reservations, those are paid at the studio at the time of class.

• Booking window: members can book within the window their tier permits (typically 7 to 14 days ahead). Package and drop-in holders can book within the standard window.
• On-time cancellation: if you cancel at least the tier’s late-cancel window (typically 6 hours) before class start, your membership use is freed up or your package credit is refunded.
• Late cancellation: within the late-cancel window, the class is forfeited; package credits are not refunded and a fee may be applied.
• No-show: failure to attend a confirmed booking without cancellation incurs the no-show fee specified by your tier, and may affect your future booking privileges.
• Waitlist: joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot. When a spot opens, we notify everyone on the waitlist by push notification and email, and the first person to book takes it. We never book you into a class or charge you automatically from the waitlist. If you book the spot, standard booking and cancellation rules apply from that moment.
• Cancellation by us: we may cancel a class due to instructor unavailability or operational reasons. In that case, your membership use is reinstated or your credit is refunded; we are not liable for incidental costs.

We aim to maintain a calm, respectful environment. We may refuse entry or terminate your account, without refund, for behaviour that includes:

• attending under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;
• harassment, discrimination, or abuse directed at staff, instructors, or other members;
• repeated no-shows, fraud, or chargeback abuse;
• attempting to access spaces, classes, or member-only features you have not purchased.

You acknowledge that yoga, Pilates, barre, and related fitness activities involve physical risk. You agree to the terms of our liability waiver, which forms part of these Terms. You confirm you are physically able to safely participate and that you will inform the instructor of any condition that may affect your participation.

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5% where applicable; a tax invoice is available on request from admin@barewellness.ae.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• For failed renewal payments, Stripe will retry automatically. After repeated failures, your membership status will become past-due and eventually canceled.

• Founding memberships are non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled once activated (section 3). Early termination may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical condition that prevents continued participation or permanent relocation outside Abu Dhabi, with supporting documentation. Where approved, the refund covers only the unused portion of the membership, with the period already used recalculated at the standard membership rate rather than the founding rate. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of approval and release the founding place. Founding renewal payments are treated the same way.
• Standard membership renewal payments within a committed term are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UAE consumer protection law.
• Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be considered at our sole discretion; email admin@barewellness.ae.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, chargeback fraud, abusive behaviour, or other lawful reasons. You may close your account at any time by emailing admin@barewellness.ae; outstanding obligations (e.g. minimum-commitment balances) remain payable.

The BARE WELLNESS brand, name, logos, content, and software are owned by BARE WELLNESS Yoga Club LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute studio content (including class videos, images, or instructor materials) without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BARE WELLNESS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where the changes are material, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
