Founding memberships
Founding Memberships are commitment-based memberships offered at an exclusive introductory rate and are paid in full at the time of purchase. As such, Founding Memberships are non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled once activated.
Bare Wellness may consider requests for early termination in exceptional circumstances, including a medical condition that prevents continued participation or permanent relocation outside Abu Dhabi. Supporting documentation may be required.
Where an early termination is approved, any refund will apply only to the unused portion of the membership. The period already used will be recalculated at the applicable standard membership rate rather than the discounted Founding Membership rate, and the remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
Your membership starts on the official opening day of Bare Wellness, not on the date you purchase your founding place.
Your founding place is paid in full and covers your entire term at a rate offered only to the founding community. Your founding rate is yours for life: renew at the same price whenever you like, even after a break.
Yes. Your membership auto-renews as per your term at the same rate, charged to the card you paid with. You can switch auto-renew off anytime from your account and take a break; when you come back, you renew at the same rate. Your founding rate is never lost. Paid with Tabby, your membership does not renew by itself: before your term ends we email you a link to renew at the same rate.
Membership freezes are available for up to 30 days for 3-month memberships and 60 days for 6-month memberships. Freeze periods extend the membership expiry date by the corresponding number of days.
Yes. On a founding class pack, unused classes roll over to the next month: one class on The Essential and up to two classes on The Rhythm. On a founding membership, up to three unused classes roll over to the next month, all through your term.
Every founding membership includes one guest pass a month for a named guest. Call the studio in advance so we can guarantee them a spot.
